IF YOU CHOOSE "PICK UP" AS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD, AND YOUR IP ADDRESS COMES THROUGH OUR SYSTEM OVER 100 MILES OUT YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET CANCELED AND REFUNDED. AS OUR SYSTEM DETECTS A ERROR. * You can email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing PICK UP order.* to inquire a pickup from another receipt if you are unable and outside the 100 miles to be processed successfully.
IMPORTANT: * AFTER PLACING ORDER FOR PICKUP IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL: RODEORUSHCO@GMAIL.COM TO INQUIRE A SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME.

IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP ORDER AFTER YOUR CHOSEN DATE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU, AND YOU WILL HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THEN TO PICK UP. AFTER THOSE 14 DAYS... YOUR PACKAGE YOUR ITEM WILL BE DONATED.
- All orders will be shipped in 16-32 business hours* unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at below and we will make arrangements to rush your items.
- Rodeo Rush WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode that is emailed to customer soon as package ships out.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Rodeo Rush IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
- We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
- For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ~ Rodeo Rush is not aware of what your countries Tariff/Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get goods sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA.
- ALL returns must be done within 14 days of arrival date.
- ALL SHOES; MUST still be wrapped, and sent back in original shoe box with no wear.
- ALL JEWELRY, DESERT BRONZE, BRALETTES, HATS AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS.

SALE ITEMS OVER 20 % ARE FINAL SALE.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost. This is non-refundable.
We do not do exchanges. You will be issued a gift card for your returned item.
A new order will need to be placed for the item. NO REFUNDS; STORE CREDIT ONLY will be issued back to the purchaser under the email that the order was placed under.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported, with photographs, and order number provided within 3 business days of delivery. Please email email@example.com for assistance before returning.
- IF we issue you a return label for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item you MUST send back in original packaging for it to be accepted by USPS/UPS, or additional fees will be deducted from your returned store credit amount.
In returned package please insert a note with order number, name under the order, and a good phone number to be contacted at.
