 Rodeo Rush is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. We encourage and welcome you to ask any an ALL questions regarding material/size etc. Being a small business however must have some structure, and appreciate your understanding!

 * SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME IS AN ESTIMATED 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

SATURDAYS - PICK UPS/SHIPPING ONLY UNTIL 3PM

PICKUPS ARE IN THE 77429 ZIP CODE, CYPRESS, TEXAS.

IF YOU CHOOSE "PICK UP" AS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD AND YOUR ADDRESS IS OVER 100 MILES OUT YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET CANCELED, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU MESSAGE US PRIOR LETTING US KNOW SOMEONE WILL BE PICKING UP FOR YOU.

* AFTER CHECKING OUT SELECTING PICKUP AS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD YOU MUST EMAIL: RODEORUSHCO@GMAIL.COM INQUIRING A PICK UP TIME. * MUST ALLOW 24 BUSINESS HOURS TO PROCESS ORDER *

 

IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP ORDER AFTER YOUR CHOSEN DATE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU, AND YOU WILL HAVE 14 DAYS TO PICK UP. AFTER THOSE 14 DAYS... STILL NOT COMING TO PICKUP YOUR PACKAGE YOUR ITEM WILL BE DONATED. 

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 14 days of purchase/shipment date.

IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING/TAGS ATTACHED. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 

-The customer is responsible for shipping cost. This is non-refundable.

-We do not do exchanges. You will be issued a gift card for your returned item, and a new order will need to be placed for the item. NO REFUNDS; STORE CREDIT ONLY will be issued back to the purchaser under the email that the order was placed under.


•ALL SHOES; MUST still be wrapped, and sent back in original shoe box with no wear.
•ALL JEWELRY, DESERT BRONZE, BRALETTES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS.

SALE ITEMS ARE ALSO FINAL SALE.

- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of the package arrival. An we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

* To cancel an order contact us IMMEDIATELY for store credit only.

-Everyone is given a tracking number to the email provided when an order is being processed. Also please insure and use tracking on your return packages to keep the post office accountable. You are responsible for the items until it reaches our warehouse. If they lose it in transit back to us, Rodeo Rush assumes no responsible for any lost packages.
