Pick up, Shipping, & Return Policy.

Here at Rodeo Rush we know things happen, and don't always fit as planned! No worries sister we will take care of YOU. Here's how to process a return..

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send back an item from that date it was delivered.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the SAME condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No wear, smoke, or perfume. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To START a return, you MUST contact us first in regards to the reason of return at rodeorushco@gmail.com.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [14634 HONEYCOMB LN, CYPRESS TX 77429]

Upon inspection and approval of returned goods, we will issue you store credit. A virtual gift card to your email too place your new order!

Damages and issues
You will have 72 hours upon delivery to contact us in regards to any damaged or mistake to your purchased item or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. rodeorushco@gmail.com

Please NOTE:

  • All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. ALL bodysuits, bralettes, and jewelry are also considered FINAL SALE due to hygienic purposes. 

 

SHIPPING

3-7 business days to process and ship.

  • We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
  • For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Rodeo Rush is not aware of what your countries Tariff/Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get goods sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA. 

PICKUP POLICY

Porch Pickups will be held TUESDAY & THURSDAYS ONLY BETWEEN 9 AM - 8 PM. Please advise we offer porch pickups at our residential home for ONLY those specified times. Also please note our house is video monitored. Upon placed pickup order YOU WILL BE EMAILED when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow APRX 1-2 BUSSINESS DAYS to process. -

I STILL request you MUST email/contact me VERIFYING your scheduled pickup date/time BEFORE coming to pick up as this is our home and I am not always available due to my work schedule I HAVE to plan. Please respect that... XOXO
